NCFMC’s financial and insurance coordinators are available to explain the costs of treatment and the level of your insurance coverage prior to your treatment. Our financial coordinators are experts in healthcare insurance issues, especially those relating to infertility benefits. This expertise allows them to serve as advocates for our patients; knowing who to contact and what questions to ask to determine fertility benefits. As a service to our patients, we will do a predetermination of benefits quote with your insurance company before your new patient visit. This quote will identify your coverage for infertility treatment, as well as pharmaceutical benefits.
