“Before visiting NCFMC My husband and I initially met with a different fertility center . When we met with the other center we didn’t feel 100% comfortable as the doctor and facility seemed very impersonal and uncleanly, so we decided to wait until a better time to pursue fertility treatment. About a year later, we we’re so happy we found NCFMC because we knew right away with our initial consult with Dr. Murray and Dr. Gould that this is where we needed to be. Both doctors were very personable, answered all our questions, were able to diagnosis our situation very quickly and provide very specific treatment options. We felt NCFMC was just as excited for us to start the IVF process as much as we were. We are very grateful for all the doctors, nurses and staff at NCFMC. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, caring and supportive throughout the entire process. Anytime we had any questions or concerns our nurse coordinator Courtney would respond quickly on our online portal or would return our calls in a timely manner if she wasn’t available. NCFMC made it really easy to schedule appointments that worked with our schedule.
