Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR) IVF Program

Our diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) IVF program can speed up your family building journey when time is of the essence.

3 IVF Egg Retrievals for Embryo Banking + PGT-A + Unlimited Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfers Program Information

NCFMC offers a discounted embryo banking option for IVF which includes a package of 3 IVF egg retrieval cycles + PGT-A (pre-implantation genetic testing screening for aneuploidy) + unlimited frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles based on the number PGT-A genetically suitable of embryos you have frozen after all three retrievals. When you choose the “3 IVF Egg Retrievals for Embryo Banking + PGT-A + Unlimited Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfers Package” (the Program) we discount the cost of these treatment cycles by approximately 1/3 compared to what you would pay if you purchased them separately (and completed at least 3 IVF egg retrievals and 3 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles). Our goal is to provide you the most treatments with the highest quality as affordably as possible.

Three IVF egg retrievals will be performed.  After each IVF egg retrieval any eggs will be attempted to be fertilized.  If fertilization is normal the embryos are cryopreserved at an early stage called 2pn.

Following three IVF egg retrievals, the embryos are thawed, cultured to the blastocyst stage.  Any embryos meeting criteria will have preimplantation genetic diagnosis for aneuploidy (PGT-A) performed.  Any viable embryos determined by PGT-A to be genetically suitable for transfer to the uterus will be per NCFMC clinical recommendations.  Of course, we cannot guarantee you will have a baby or have embryo(s) for cryopreservation and later biopsy after any IVF attempt. Ability to cryopreserve embryos and do PGT-A depends upon how many eggs fertilize and, when extra embryo(s) are present after an IVF egg retrieval, whether the extra embryo(s) are able to grow to reach a stage appropriate for cryopreservation (vitrification) and the biopsy for PGT-A.

Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR) IVF Program Costs

How do the costs of the Program compared to paying for each freeze all treatment cycle separately?

You save about 1/3 of the cost, around $15,000 off normal fees, if you have 3 IVF Egg Retrievals w/ Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT-A NCFMC Biopsy only), and 3 frozen-thawed embryo transfers (FET).

Included costs:

  • Physician fees for monitoring visits, egg retrieval, including anesthesia fees, and frozen embryo transfer
  • IVF Lab fees for egg culture, fertilization, assisted hatching and embryo transfer, ICSI
  • NCFMC’s work-up for Preimplantation genetics testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A – NCFMC Biopsy only)
  • Embryo cryopreservation by vitrification and the first year of embryo storage

Excluded costs

  • Medications (approximately $3,000-$6,000 for each retrieval and $700-$1,000 for a frozen cycle), purchased through a mail-order specialty pharmacy
  • Pre-IVF tests (screening to get you ready for starting IVF

This Program does not offer a refund if the treatments offered within the Program are not successful.
