Sapyen's mail-in semen analysis kit allows you to collect your sample from the comfort and privacy of home, making fertility testing easier and more accessible for male patients. Our physicians will receive and interpret your results, ensuring that you receive the same highly personalized care you expect from NCFMC.

How it Works

Purchase your testing kit for home delivery via Sapyen's website. They offer five different test options depending on your unique needs and concerns. Reach out to your team if you don't know which test you should order.

Your kit will contain detailed instructions on how to complete your collection and prepare it for lab analysis. Sapyen's technology will keep your sample viable for up to 72 hours, allowing you to complete your collection in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

After collection, you'll pack up your sample and send to Sapyen's lab with a prepaid return label. Be sure to follow all instructions carefully and mail on the same day you collect to ensure Sapyen receives a viable sample.

Sapyen will send you a clear and user-friendly semen anlysis report within 72 hours. Your physician will also receive your detailed results.

Your NCFMC physician will use your semen analysis results to help build your fertility treatment plan. Regardless of your results, we're here to help you reach your family-building goals.
