Shared Egg Donor Program
The shared egg donor program allows for a substantial reduction in the cost of IVF with egg donation without significantly influencing success rates.
Donor Deposit Due at Donor Reservation (per recipient): $9,825.00 – $10,825.00
The deposit includes the following services:
- Donor Screening
- FDA Regulatory Testing
- Donor Compensation (*dependent on the level of donor)
- Donor Insurance
- Donor Birth control pills
- Legal Agreements
- Anesthesia and operating room fees
Cycle Fee: $6725.00
This fee does not include estimated additional costs (if applicable) of:
Estimated donor medications – $2,500.00
PGT – $2950.00
Embryo Cryopreservation – $1,650.00 (1st year included)
ICSI – $2250.00
The fee does not include:
- Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and epididymal or testicular sperm extraction, when applicable
- Embryo cryopreservation (freezing) when applicable
- Pre-cycle testing for the recipient couple
- Medications for the donor and the recipient couple
- Fees for blastocyst culture or assisted hatching when applicable
Criteria for the Shared Egg Donor Program:
- IVF with egg donation must be medically indicated.
- The female partner (recipient) must have a normal uterine cavity as assessed by hysteroscopy.
- The egg donor must be under 35 years of age.
- All criteria outlined in the contract must be met.
